Referral Process

Hope Children's Campus outpatient services follow the same process as many healthcare providers today. To make an appointment with us, you must first obtain a referral from your family physician. After a referral, parents/guardians will complete intake paperwork. Hope will then request approval from your insurance company for the evaluation. Additional approvals are needed for treatment plans.

We see patients five days a week, year round, between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

If you have questions about the referral process or about our outpatient services, please call 570-326-0565.
