Lifesharing Program

Lifesharing offers an individual with developmental disABILITIES the opportunity to live with a family or person who will support his/her desires and needs for an everyday life.


Lifesharing enhances and enriches the lives of individuals by offering a residential option different from a community home.

  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living
  • Provide care
  • Achieve growth and development in social skills and other daily living skills

 

 

Who the Program Serves

Individuals with intellectual disABILITIES.

Eligibility Requirements

Ages: 18 years and older
Eligibility is determined by a county mental health/intellectual disABILITIES program. We require a referral from the county program.

Program Dates and Times

24 hours / 7 days per week

Location

Homes of persons and families in the Lifesharing network.
