Hope Enterprises Names New Chair of Board of Directors

disABILITIES across central Pennsylvania, has appointed Marcus Annicelli, as Chair of its Board of
Directors, effective July 1, 2025.
Annicelli, a dedicated board member since 2016, will lead the 19-member volunteer board in advancing Hope’s mission of promoting an everyday life for individuals with diverse abilities. His longstanding commitment and leadership experience will help guide the organization’s strategic direction and growth.
"We’re fortunate to have Marc take on this leadership role," said George Johnson, outgoing chair of the board. "His strong community ties and long-standing commitment to Hope make him uniquely equipped to guide us forward as we continue serving individuals throughout central Pennsylvania.”

In addition to his board service, Annicelli has been an active committee member of Business Industrial, Strategic Partnership, Executive Finance, and Human Services Consulting & Management. Annicelli is an experienced business leader and currently the Site Operations Manager for Constructions Specialties in Muncy. He is an owner of Selectrim Corp. and Woodicelli Enterprises, and active with the Innovative Manufacturers Center, as its Board Chair.
Annicelli responded to the appointment, “I feel honored and blessed to have been considered for this role at such an energetic time. I’ve got big shoes to fill following behind George Johnson, but with the talent of the board, CEO Rob Labatch, and Hope Enterprises team, I see a positive future for our clients, families, and service providers.” Annicelli went on to say “I see opportunity for the individuals that we serve, and those serving them. Hope Enterprises Inc. was founded in 1952 by Williamsport physician Max C. Miller, M.D., and his wife, Leona, as well as other parents and community leaders to provide community services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
